bunny, er, no, pig

I knitted this bunny today, with more leftover yarn from Rebecca's sweater, but it didn't really look like a bunny, so I made it a little curly tail it's a pig.

baby hat, anyone?

I don't know what I was thinking. I have Suzie's socks to finish, and Rebecca's sweater. But I spent all available knitting time yesterday making a baby hat that I knew was too small for my own baby!?

It's really cute, though.

Made with yarn leftover from Rebecca's sweater.

baby socks

These were actually knitted a while ago, but I kept forgetting to take photos of them. Two pairs of socks for Rebecca, both of them too small and with funky ugly grafted toes. But still, not so bad for my first socks?

Socks for Suz

I made this pair (oh, um, only one is made so far, but I will be finishing the other one within the next week) for my godmother Suzie, after she had surgery.

Two socks! (added September 29)

I mention the toe because I didn't do a Kitchener toe. Instead, I did the method mentioned on this page.

(and no, I didn't mean to make the toes pink, I goofed on yarn amount calculation - by not doing yarn calculation - and ran out of yarn)
